Stress and anxiety have been on the upswing for the last five years. Stress is common and often normal to prepare for a demanding situation. As long as it is managed it is very healthy to feel that rush of adrenaline and uncertainty. In fact, we can manage stress successfully in many different ways. Unfortunately though, more and more people are suffering from stress and anxiety that they are not able to manage. These feelings can affect any age group, from children all the way up to elderly.
As a transitional executive life coach, I have found that the symptoms of stress have appeared with many of my clients. Life changes and new beginnings are very stressful. Coaching sometimes is about naming and managing the stress points. With all my client conversations, I found that writing a book on how to manage and overcome stress and anxiety seems like the appropriate decision for people that want something to read about and go to when difficult moments occur. Each person is different and the stress points can vary. But being able to have easy to go to tools to manage the feelings that occur is half the battle to problem-solving and moving forward. Having a coach in your back pocket may be the first step to alleviating the symptoms that occur when difficult decisions need to be managed. If you can relate to this, my book, “Overcoming Stress and Anxiety” may be just for you. It is an easy read that you can find on Amazon or download on Kindle. Feel free to reach out if I can partner with you further. Let’s make 2024 the best for your happiness and well being.
