Meet Anton, Taylor and DJ

With a combined love of real estate, Taylor Coyle and Anton Danilovich reconnected after years of knowing each other in the industry. Two years ago, their offices moved right across the street from each other and their friendship blossomed into more. “After having coffee and getting together a few times, we realized we had more in common than just real estate and started spending more time together, which led to today. We have joined forces and become partners in life and business, which has been a lot of fun for us,” Taylor says.

Taylor is a local real estate agent. In her 5 years on the job, she’s secured a number of impressive certifications. She works for Sotheby’s International Realty in Danville. Her certifications include Certified Luxury Home Specialist (CLHMS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This past year, Taylor was ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents in the nation by Real Trends. “It’s been a lot of hard work that has paid off, I am beyond grateful.”

Anton worked as a real estate broker for 15 years before deciding to take his extensive market knowledge and start a new business. He is the co-founder of TopHap (Top Homes and Properties), a real estate data and analytics software company. For the last five years, Anton and his team have been hard at work developing this software. This year they released the product nationally to great reviews. With their combined partnership, Taylor has been able to grow her real estate portfolio while allowing Anton to grow TopHap.

Taylor’s 8-year-old son, DJ, is her proudest achievement. His good heart and amazing personality shine through daily. DJ is a big time car guy. They have all bonded over their love of classic and rare cars. Taylor says, “Anton has a few cars in his collection that we enjoy cruising in, bringing to car shows, and working on in the garage.” Her favorite part of all these car shows is watching DJ impress the judges and other car lovers with his knowledge and passion.

Away from the car shows, DJ loves to hit top speed as an avid motorcycle and go-kart rider. Of course Mom is worried about safety, but DJ’s love for racing has actually proven very successful! He’s placed in the top 3 finishers in the last several recreational races he’s participated in.

Together, their favorite place to go is the beach. Taylor grew up going to Rio Del Mar Beach in Aptos. It’s now where she goes with her own son, spreading the joy to the next generation. Ask DJ at any moment where he would rather be, and “his answer will always be the beach!”

Someday Taylor can see them all having a house down on the coast, “We do our best to go as often as possible, even if it’s just a day trip.” If it’s on the water, it’s where they all want to be!

Taylor grew up in Danville, graduating all through the SRVUSD school system and playing in local organizations like Mustang soccer and Tassajara Valley Little League softball. “We spent many family nights after the games at Asconas and Primos. It’s super cool getting to relive it now on the parent side with DJ.” Another beloved side of parenting is getting involved at DJ’s school! Taylor is the Carnival Chair this year, planning the school’s favorite on campus activity. This is just an aspect of their family motto, “We try to live by being of service and contributing to make the world a better place.”

Anton and Taylor just recently moved into a house on Love Lane. “I’ve realized over the years how truly lucky I am to now raise DJ here, and how we get to continue to be a part of this incredible community. We really are fortunate.” They love the walkability of the neighborhood, the room for Anton’s car collection, and of course the tight community feel: “As many know this neighborhood is just un-matched. The neighbors really all come together to support each other, look after one another’s kids, and all continue to give to make this community what it is. It’s surreal!” Proximity to family is also a huge plus – with Taylor’s family still being in the Danville area. Her sister works at DJ’s elementary school, so they all get to see each other every day!

Anton and Taylor both feel so grateful for where they’ve landed. “Thank you to everyone who has been so welcoming and warm. I appreciate each and everyone of you who looks out for our family. It doesn’t go unnoticed,” adds Taylor. That giving and caring spirit is what Taylor focuses on instilling in DJ. Like his mama, he always makes time for his friends and tries to be that strong shoulder for others to lean on.

If you call Taylor, Anton and DJ friend, you are truly lucky! We love having them represent Danville!
