When it’s time to craft in our house, I approach it with a “if not now, then when?” mentality. We’ve amassed so many random materials from school projects, home projects, and more recently, quarantine projects, that there’s usually no need to go out and purchase new supplies. We just gather everything, clear plenty of work space, and let the kids’ imaginations run wild.
This year I found these cute cardboard mailboxes at Target, and thought maybe we could bring some of the joys of school holiday parties back home! You could also use shoe boxes, cereal boxes, or if you really want to re-purpose something around the house – I know I’m not the only one with a pile of Amazon boxes…
